Who We Are

I have worked in the airline and travel industry for over 30 years and opened my group boutique agency in 2000. During this time I developed a passion for student tours, including exchange programs as well as educational tours and sports travel. For me, these programs are unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and I am determined to make these perfect for both travellers and group leaders.

Hospitality and tourism have been a lifelong affair for me – over 2 continents and various positions from hotel receptionist and hotel management to team leader for tour operators. In October 2015 I joined Exchange Me and now based in Rhodes, Greece where I am now the European Groups Coordinator. I work closely in conjunction with our operators, Schools and the Australian team.
I strive to provide the best possible services for the participants and organisers of our tours.

I have had the pleasure of watching Exchange Me grow from the beginning as I am Laura’s eldest daughter. I came on board at the beginning of 2018 bringing all my previous expertise in the marketing industry to Exchange Me. My role involves the management of all of our marketing platforms such as the website and social media pages. Along with content creation for our platforms. I am happy to assist the team where ever I am needed simply because I love my job. My favourite part of the exchange experience is watching the bond created between each student. Their friendship truly is forever and gets passed down between the parents. Our dedication and hard work is paid off when I see that. I love being a part of a family business it brings out my pride and passion each and every day.

As a 15-year-old student, I took part in Exchange Me’s Italian immersion program which I enjoyed so much I begged to do the program again the following year! The whole experience was both fun and educational, I made lifelong friends (who I always make an effort to visit whenever I return to Rome) and it really improved my Italian skills as a student. The program is well-run and I always felt as though I was in good, safe hands so I’m thrilled to now join the vibrant Exchange Me team as a travel and marketing consultant and assist in providing other students with the experience of a life time. I am excited to utilize my personal knowledge and experience in a positive environment where I can continue to learn, grow and make an impact.
